Dr. Indumathi Somasundaram is a distinguished academician, life sciences researcher, author, and education entrepreneur with over 17 years of experience spanning higher education, scientific research, healthcare, and holistic student development. With a strong foundation in stem cell biology, cancer biology, aging, longevity, and reproductive biology, she has authored multiple springer International technical books and have around 42 international publications in peer-reviewed journals. Her work reflects a rare ability to integrate rigorous scientific thinking with human-centric, values-based education.
Beyond academia, Dr. Indumathi is the Founder and CEO of Versatile Indu Learning Academy (VILA), a holistic learning ecosystem focused on life readiness, emotional intelligence, leadership, and holistic wellbeing. Driven by the belief that education must prepare individuals not only for careers but for life itself, she has dedicated her leadership to empowering students, youth, women, and educators through prevention-focused, culturally sensitive, and transformative learning models. As a member of the Board of Directors, she brings strategic vision, scientific integrity, and a deep commitment to long-term youth wellbeing and societal impact.

Shiva Kumar Kothakurma is a social impact leader and institution builder with over a decade of experience across community development, migrant welfare, education-focused initiatives, and technology-enabled institutional strengthening. His work is grounded in hands-on humanitarian engagement combined with long-term institutional thinking, with a strong emphasis on dignity, safety, and opportunity for underserved populations. He brings a unique blend of field-level insight and strategic execution to initiatives focused on social resilience and sustainable impact.
Professionally, Shiva Kumar serves as Executive Director of NeoTouch India Pvt. Ltd., where he leads the development of modern learning ecosystems integrating educational technology and AI-driven solutions to enhance institutional performance. A trained Aircraft Maintenance Engineering professional from HAL, Kanpur, he brings process discipline, safety orientation, and systems thinking to leadership roles. He is a founder member of the Migrants’ Rights & Welfare Forum and the Andhra Pradesh Turmeric Farmers Association, and has played a significant role in migrant repatriation support, legal migration awareness, and farmer institution building. As a member of the Board of Directors, he contributes deep expertise in humanitarian response, youth empowerment, institutional capacity building, and people-centric governance.
